It's spring time and the open water season is nearly upon us. Whether you're a competitor or just swim our local beach & estuaries for relaxation you'll find our dedicated 'Open Water' sessions beneficial. We'll do it in the comfort of our pool environment but we'll be focusing on techniques and strategies to see you get the most out of open water swimming. Come along to the next couple of Tuesdays and Sundays for open water technique. Fridays will be regular squad and focus on general fitness work as usual.
