Our club caters for all ages and swimming abilities plus we have accredited coaches to help you with correct stroke technique and swim fitness. We meet 3 times a week and have our own dedicated lanes structured from beginner, intermediate and advanced. Our club is affiliated with Masters Swimming Australia.

- Sundays 10:30am to 12:00pm
- Tuesdays 11:00am to 12:30pm

Our home pool is the fabulous Sapphire Aquatic Centre, Pambula. A 6 lane, 25m pool open all year, fully enclosed and heated to a just right temperature.
